As part of our ongoing infrastructure maintenance, we are upgrading a key carrier proxy that connects our services with multiple carriers in Australia and New Zealand. This upgrade will not affect customer registrations or SIP trunking between our network and your systems. However, you may notice a very brief interruption in connectivity with external carriers during the switch-over. This momentary blip is expected to last only a few seconds, ensuring minimal impact on your services.
