Calling Outage

Resolved
At 8:55am a query against our billing system disrupted calling. The outage was resolved by 9:14. While we have identified the issue within the billing query the underlying design of the new database system was separation between Billing and Voice databases meaning a disruption to billing should have no impact calling. We are investigating and will update this postmortem shortly.
